As a Fortune 500 company, this international financial giant originally had a conference system, but it failed to manage online and offline meetings simultaneously. They required a solution to build smart conference rooms enabling real-time collaboration.
The Solution
PTT deployed its independently developed Converged Meeting Management System. This system enables cross-platform enterprise-level management for both online and offline scenarios, allowing for one-touch control of conference rooms without the need for switching interfaces.
Users can search, book, check in, modify, and cancel meetings directly through the smart office platform. It makes scheduling effortless, allowing you to select times and locations, and send invitations and notifications, delivering a true one-stop solution for meeting organization and management.
Key Features
Through the converged meeting management system, administrators can control room devices and manage participants' speaking status with a single click during meetings. Displays installed outside meeting rooms allow users to easily check basic information such as the booker, meeting topic, and start/end times.
Within 10 to 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the system automatically turns on the lights and devices upon participant check-in. If no attendees are present, the system automatically releases the meeting room resources.
