Project Background
As a large state-owned bank under central management, the institution currently faces significant inefficiencies. The existing office system lacks diverse booking options, making the meeting room reservation process unnecessarily time-consuming. Locating a suitable room is difficult; staff often struggle with a lack of intuitive, real-time status displays.
Project Proposal
By adopting the Smart Spaces meeting management system, the solution encompasses a wide range of functions, including meeting scheduling, room reservation, attendee management, meeting reports, and floor navigation.
After booking, meeting details are clearly presented on the door-mounted meeting reservation screen. The built-in light strip displays the real-time occupancy status of the meeting room.
Wireless IoT-based occupancy sensors are installed in meeting rooms. They detect occupied or vacant status in real time. The system automatically releases idle meeting resources to boost space utilization and optimize space asset management.
The Smart Spaces workstation management system enables standardized desk management. Employees can reserve workstations via the system, specifying usage time, location and purpose, to streamline coordination and management for both the company and staff. Users can also directly control workstation lights, air conditioners and other devices on their mobile phones based on reserved workstations.
